Brooke Gibson is responsible for brokering lease transactions for the office, industrial, and flex space developed and held by American Asset Corporation. She previously provided commercial leasing services for Cambridge Partners' Ayrsley Town Center development in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ms. Gibson holds a bachelor of science from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Additionally, she has been awarded a designation from the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and was recognized for her dealmaking skills in the CCIM Spotlight section of the national CIRE Magazine.
