Currently in the planning stage, Bryton will be an innovative mixed-use community located in one of the fastest growing submarkets of Charlotte. Centered upon the planned Hambright light rail transit stop with direct access to I-77 and I-485, Bryton will be one of the first developments in the state to incorporate a rail station and major roadways. Upon completion, Bryton will be one of the largest transit-oriented projects in the nation, featuring up to 3,000 single- and multi-family residences as well as up to one million square feet each of retail, office, and industrial space.

At final build-out, Bryton is projected to have a market value of $1 billion.
