Connie Baldwin
Connie Baldwin is responsible for managing American Asset Corporation’s commercial properties in the Charlotte market, including Whitehall Corporate Center, Whitehall Technology Park, Shopton Ridge and Fairview Plaza. A 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, she served as a senior property manager for Lincoln Harris and an asset manager for Bank of America prior to joining AAC.
A graduate of Elon College, Ms. Baldwin holds the designation of Real Property Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMA).
