Donna Payne is responsible for the oversight of the property accounting department, including cash flow projections, budgets and GAAP financials, as well as acting as a liaison with auditors and tax preparers for all property-level entities. Having served as portfolio analyst for Faison & Associates and property accountant for Crescent Resources prior to joining American Asset Corporation, she has more than 15 years experience in accounting for the commercial real estate industry.

A graduate of Western Carolina University, Ms. Payne is a Certified Public Accountant.
