As assistant general counsel, Jennifer Reaves represents American Asset Corporation in loan transactions and in the negotiation of contracts. Prior to joining AAC, she was an attorney with Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a regional law firm headquartered in Charlotte.

A member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Ms. Reaves holds a juris doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University.
