Jim Cruse oversees the management and operation of all retail, office, and commercial properties held within the American Asset Corporation portfolio. Mr. Cruse came to AAC with over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate sector, including serving as operations manager for Carter & Associates, as operations manager for LaSalle Partners, and as property manager for Trizec Properties. He has also previously held the position of senior property manager at AAC.
