Kim Weddington is responsible for managing American Asset Corporation’s retail holdings in the Charlotte market. She brings to AAC 20 years experience in the commercial real estate sector, including seven years as property manager for The Bissell Companies and seven years as executive director of chapter services for the Institute of Real Estate Management.

In addition to being a Certified Property Manager, Ms. Weddington holds real estate licenses in North and South Carolina. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
