Martin Welton is responsible for the planning, administration and implementation of medical office projects for American Asset Corporation. Mr. Welton brings to his position 11 years experience in the commercial real estate sector, including service as Vice President of Medical and Office Leasing for NAI Southern Real Estate. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he holds real estate broker licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
