Michael Santini is the Executive Vice President of Fund Management and a Managing Principal of the subsidiary AAC Capital, LLC “AACC.” Michael Santini is responsible for structuring investment vehicles, raising money, investment origination and investor reporting for the funds managed by AACC. In addition, he is a part of the Investment Committee for the funds managed by AACC.

Prior to American Asset Corporation, Mr. Santini was a Senior Vice President at Sorin Capital Management, LLC. While at Sorin, he originated, underwrote and closed in excess of $500MM of investments. Mr. Santini joined Sorin from Prudential Mortgage Capital where he was a Senior Investment Analyst in both the origination and securitization groups. Prior to Prudential, he worked for Rockrose Development Corporation as a Financial Analyst, where he performed detailed financial analysis on the existing portfolio and potential property acquisitions. Mr. Santini started his career as an Analyst with The Staubach Company, a diversified commercial real estate company which is now part of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mr. Santini graduated from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Performance and Communication Arts.
