PETR VASICKO

Petr Vasicko is responsible for financial analysis and project underwriting for American Asset Corporation, which includes securing financing for and managing the profitability of projects under development, reviewing creditworthiness of prospective tenants, and managing AAC’s relationships with financial institutions. Prior to joining AAC, he was an auditor with PKF in New York.

Mr. Vasicko attended Elmira College, where he obtained bachelor of arts in accounting. He also holds a North Carolina real estate broker’s license and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
