An innovative mixed-use community located in one of Charlotte’s fastest growing submarkets. Bryton, will be one of the largest transit-oriented projects in the nation and will feature up to 3,000 single and multi-family residences and up to one million square feet each of retail, office and industrial space.
Located just north of Charlotte in Huntersville, Bryton will house the Hambright light rail transit stop and will have direct access to I-77 and I-485. A $40 million infrastructure project was completed in 2011 and Phase I groundbreaking is expected to begin in early 2012.
At final build-out, Bryton is projected to have a market value of $1 billion.
