Shannon O’Donnell represents American Asset Corporation in purchase, sale, and loan transactions. Additionally, she reviews and negotiates all contracts, leases, and legal documents for AAC. Ms. O’Donnell was previously an associate with McGuire Woods, LLP.

Ms. O’Donnell completed a bachelor of science in public health at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is also a cum laude graduate of Vermont Law School, where she earned both a juris doctor and a master of studies in environmental law.
