Terry Bradshaw manages all financial accounting and reporting, tax planning, human resources and information technology for American Asset Corporation; he also serves as broker-in-charge. Previously, he was chief financial officer for Edifice, a Charlotte-based commercial contractor, and a public accountant for Coopers and Lybrand.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, Mr. Bradshaw is a Certified Public Accountant and a real estate broker.
