Rosedale

Rosedale is a 56 acre American Asset Corporation (“AAC”) master planned community offering a variety of housing options and nearly 112,000 square feet of retail space. It is strategically located at Interstate-77 and Gilead Road in Huntersville, NC.

AAC planned and developed the 112,000 square foot retail portion anchored by Harris Teeter (NYSE: KR), CVS and 7/11 Sam’s Mart on approximately 13 acres and sold the balance of the land to residential developers. In 2004, the retail development was sold by AAC.
