74,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located in the Charlotte metropolitan area. AAC identified a path of growth location and as a result preleased almost the entire shopping center including the anchor to Harris Teeter. This was one of AAC’s fastest development projects which was completed in less than 18 months and was pre-sold before completion.
